One School, Two Programs

Our Infant and Toddler Drop-In Program
Our drop-in program runs from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and offers a rare kind of flexibility for families with very young children. Designed for infants and toddlers (ages 6 weeks to 2 years), this program allows families to schedule care by the hour. It's perfect for parents who work part-time, work from home, or just need a few hours a week to run errands, attend appointments, or recharge.

With a simple pay-as-you-go structure, families get high-quality, nurturing care without the high cost or long-term commitment of full-time childcare.
This flexible model is one of the few of its kind in the Champaign-Urbana area, offering a gentle introduction to socialization and a supportive routine for your little one.

Let us help you find balance, with care you can count on only when you need it.

Our Preschool Program
Our preschool program, which also runs from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., is designed to give children a joyful, confident start to learning through the power of play. For children ages 2 to Pre-K, we offer a nurturing, part-time environment where curiosity is encouraged, friendships grow, and learning happens naturally through hands-on experiences.

Guided by Creative Curriculum®, our classrooms are filled with opportunities to explore, create, imagine, and engage with the world in developmentally meaningful ways. We believe that children learn best when they are active participants in their environment, by experimenting, asking questions, and discovering through play.

Families can choose a schedule that works for them, with options to attend 2, 3, or 5 mornings per week from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Our small class sizes allow for individualized attention and strong teacher-child connections, creating a space where each child feels safe, supported, and known.

Whether building towers, painting at the easel, sharing stories at circle time, or digging on the playground, children at MMO are gaining the social, emotional, and cognitive foundations they need for kindergarten and beyond, all while having fun and developing an excitement for learning.

Extended Care Options
For families who need a little more flexibility in their morning routine, our Early Care and After Care programs provide extended support and extra time for movement, play, and fun.

Both programs take place in our indoor gross motor space, giving children opportunities to run, ride, bounce, and explore through large-motor games and active play. It’s a joyful and energizing way to begin or end the day.

Early Care begins at 8:00 a.m. and is ideal for families who need to drop off older siblings at school or simply prefer an earlier start to their day.

After Care extends the preschool morning to 12:30 p.m., giving children more time to move their bodies and families a little extra breathing room. Many families find that this extra activity helps their children transition into lunch time and a calmer afternoon at home.

Our flexible scheduling and engaging environment make early and after care a great way to support your child’s routine while encouraging healthy movement and joyful connections with peers.
